4.Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

13.Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and other language versions of this Policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
14.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The governing law of this Policy shall be Japanese law, and it shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
